In an effort to keep the cost of your dentistry down and to continue to provide quality service to our valued patients, we require payment in full on the day of treatment. If you are covered by an insurance plan, we will submit your claim as a courtesy. We do not however, accept assignment of benefits.

Family and Cosmetic Dentistry also offers a 5% discount for pre-payment of services plus a $50 referral discount for recommending our dental services to friends, family and others.

If payment in full is not to your satisfaction, we offer a deferred payment plan through our association with CareCredit®. If you are interested in a deferred payment plan, please call our office for details or request information directly from the CareCredit website at www.carecredit.com.
